Exchange/Return Process(Product Defects)

Exchanges/returns are possible within 7 days after product delivery through online or customer service center registration.

  1. Click on “My Orders” after logging in.
  2. Select the order for which you want to initiate an exchange/return.
  3. Click on “Return or Defect Reporting.”
  4. Choose the product for return, input the quantity, and select the appropriate options. For defect reporting, attaching photos is necessary for swift processing.
  5. Customer service will confirm your request and contact you within 2 business days via phone or email.
  • For non-members, if you placed an order without an account, please create an account using the email address used for the order and follow the same process.
  • For exchanges, please place a new order after initiating the return process.
  • Refer to the provided guidelines for situations where exchanges/returns are not possible.
  • Exchanges/returns due to customer reasons or a change of mind may incur penalty fees.
