If you placed the order as a guest and, therefore, your order is not linked to any account, create an account with the same e-mail address you used to place your order and follow the steps explained above. In each case there may be different options to solve the issue. This may include a repair, a replacement part or product, compensation, a store credit, or a return of the product. We will work with you to find the best outcome.
