Change of mind request My order has arrived damaged. What do I do? When will I receive a refund for returning my order? Are returns free? I wish to make a warranty claim. What do I do? How do I cancel an order? I have still not received a refund. If I bought an item online, can I return it in store? I have received my order. Can I change the colour or size of my product, or get a completely different item? Can I modify, change or cancel my order before receiving it?
