Kave Trade Barcelona Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by LaGrand Pty Ltd (ABN 32 114 107 390), trading as Kave Home Australia (“Promoter”).
By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 November 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia, excluding South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory, who:
- are aged 18 years or over; and
- are registered as a Kave Trade Professional during the Promotional Period.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter or any agency directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
Participants can earn entries during the Promotional Period through qualifying purchases, event attendance, or both.
Purchase – 1 entry per purchase
Every qualifying purchase made under a registered Kave Trade account, either online or in-store, earns one (1) entry into the draw. No minimum spend applies.
For online purchases, entrants must be logged into their Kave Trade account when completing the order. For in-store purchases, the Kave Trade account must be identified and linked to the transaction at the time of purchase. Grab & Go purchases are excluded.
Purchases made before registering as a Kave Trade Professional, or purchases not linked to a Kave Trade account at the time of purchase, are not eligible and cannot be retrospectively claimed as entries.
Each separate qualifying purchase earns one (1) entry, with no limit on the number of purchase entries that can be earned during the Promotional Period.
Event attendance – 3 bonus entries
Attend one of the following designated Kave Trade events and receive three (3) bonus entries into the draw:
- 24 September 2026 – Alexandria
- 24 September 2026 – Newcastle
- October 2026 – Fortitude Valley
Attendees do not need to be registered as a Kave Trade Professional at the time of the event. However, to receive the three (3) bonus entries, they must register and be approved as a Kave Trade Professional by the end of the Promotional Period on 30 November 2026.
No purchase is required to receive the three (3) event bonus entries. Event attendance must be registered by the Promoter.
A maximum of three (3) event bonus entries per eligible entrant applies during the Promotional Period, regardless of the number of designated events attended.
Entries are cumulative. For example, an eligible entrant who makes one qualifying purchase and attends a designated Kave Trade event will receive a total of four (4) entries into the draw.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won.
The winner will receive one (1) Flight Centre travel voucher valued at AUD $6,500, intended to be used towards a trip to Barcelona, Spain.
The voucher is subject to the terms, conditions, validity periods and booking requirements imposed by Flight Centre.
Any travel costs exceeding the value of the voucher are the responsibility of the winner.
Unless covered by the voucher, expenses including travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, transfers, spending money and other personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion.
The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period on 10 December 2026 at 11:00am AEST, using an electronic random draw method.
The winner will be contacted by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.
The winner must claim the Prize by 5:00pm AEST on 16 December 2026.
If the Prize is not claimed by this time, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 17 December 2026 at 11:00am AEST, using the same random draw method as the original draw.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner before conducting an unclaimed prize draw.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility and entries, contact the winner and arrange the Prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Kave’s Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.
8. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility, qualifying purchases and event attendance, and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, returned or refunded, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the corresponding entry.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays, cancellations, booking restrictions or other changes imposed by travel providers or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
The promotion will be conducted in accordance with applicable Australian trade promotion laws.
