Are returns free?

Yes, in the event of a return due to withdrawal, you will receive a full refund for the products you return. You are responsible for covering any return costs for the products, if applicable. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we will offset these return costs with the amount you initially paid for delivery, as we will handle the collection of the order from your home.
