Change of mind request

Once you have your order, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to lodge a request.

To process your change of mind return, you just need to fill in the form request you’ll find here. We will send you an email responding to your request within a maximum of 3 working days. If you placed the order as a guest and, therefore, your order is not linked to any account, create an account with the same e-mail address you used to place your order and follow the steps explained above.

IMPORTANT: To return your order, it must be disassembled, in its original packaging and with its internal protections as you received it. Customers are responsible for their own shipping expense to have the products returned to our warehouse.
