Process a return

Once you have your order, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return it. With the form below, you can apply for a return or report an issue regarding your order.

If you checked out as a guest and, as a result, your order isn’t linked to any account, create an account with the same email address you used to make the order and follow the steps explained above. 

IMPORTANT: In order for us to collect your order, it must be disassembled, in its original packaging and with its internal protections. Items that have been damaged in the process of self-assembly will not qualify for return or refund.
