If I bought an item online, can I return it in store?

Once you have your order, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to process a return under warranty. Return of item at our retail store is possible. Please call us at 98340464 or email us at cs@kavehome.sg.
IMPORTANT: Your order needs to be disassembled and in its original packaging with filler padding if we are to collect it.
