Cases Where Exchange/Return is Not Possible

  1. More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
  2. The product is in a condition that makes resale difficult due to a decrease in value or signs of use.
  3. If pre-assembly for parcel delivery was requested or if assembly was performed after product receipt.
  4. If it is difficult for the courier company to retrieve the product due to the loss of the package.
  5. Display items, custom-made items, and items with post-processing requests (such as cable hole drilling, leg cutting, etc.) cannot be canceled after ordering.
