Log in and go to \u201cMy Orders\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Select the order you want to return by clicking on \u201cView Order\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click on \u201cReturn order or report an issue\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Select the item or items with an issue.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Fill out the form to process an incident, selecting the option \u201cThe product was damaged in transit\u201d, \u201cThere are pieces and\/or fittings missing\u201d,\u00a0 \u201cI have received something that I did not order\u201d\u00a0 or \u201cThe item was not what I expected\u201d, depending on the incident.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You should attach photographs that demonstrate the issue and also show the label on the packaging. State your preferred time slot for collection (if appropriate) and add comments. The more details you give us, the better as it will help us speed up the process.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a maximum of 3 working days, we\u2019ll send an email replying to your request.
